Plant Description: 2001 Plant Select winner. Spreading deciduous shrub selection developed at the Cheyenne Research Center in WY. Profuse fragrant white flowers bloom in early summer. Arching branches bear bright green finely toothed leaves. Plant in enriched soils and water deeply but infrequently once established.
