Plant Description: Small, rounded deciduous tree with multi-stemmed trunks most commonly. Olive-green leaves are composed of multiple leaflets which fall early in autumn before changing color. Reddish-bronze bark exfoliates on older specimens. Spikes of dull white flowers turn to flat seed pods. Tolerant of acidic and slightly alkaline soils.
